Deflector Officer

I've searched the Release notes, but didn't find anything: It appears that Energy Siphon doesnt interact with the Deflector officer anymore. Is this a bug or was it mentioned somewhere (or is the discription of the doff false)?

    I was wondering the same thing I had been working on a Dual Photon K'maj energy stealer setup on my main sci and it appears they are not working with energy siphon. At first I thought it might not work because i had energy siphon 1 and 2 so then I went and I just took the energy siphon 1 off and still no luck. So its either the description is wrong or its bugged be nice if they can look at it because its not hard to duplicate it.

    I wonder if moving ES off the GW/TR shared cooldown changed ES's classification and broke its interaction with the deflector officer.

    Tachyon Beam was also moved, but still works with the Deflector Officer.
