Deferi Missons

Hey guys, Im an older timers STOer who just came back. I made a new engineer and just turned level 11. I want to start the deferi missions - and Ive done the first one in spacedock 39.
However, I cant find the DEFERI AMBASSADOR anywhere!!!!!!!! Where the heck is he? And can I even do these mission anymore?

    You can still do the missions, but they have been placed into the normal mission chains. I believe that the Defera/Breen arc has been moved to around level 48-50 or so. The Deferi ambassador has been removed, so you can pick up the missions from your journal.

    I dont think those missions even become available until you cap 50.
