After I listened to last podcast interview

I noticed that Dan Stahl used to play in game a fleet defiant captain and now loves his new kumari.......
If people who design new ships,who took decisions regarding faction balance play just one side it is normal that even unknowingly they shift the balance to the side they play.
If Cryptic has 2 teams one fed and one kdf it is not enough.
It should be same people playing both factions so before they decide they could see both parts .
