Character Transfer unavailable - Test Center sign up and Cryptic Account link lost?

Just tried to access the character transfer page, and it tells me that I need to sign up for Test Center Access and that I need to be linked to a Cryptic Account.

A bit strange, as:

1) I have been signed up for Tribble Access since it first became available.
2) My Cryptic Account was succesfully linked to a PWE account some time ago.
3) The Tribble option is still available on the Launcher after logging in.
4) I can successfully access Tribble and the characters I've previously transferred are still available.

I've tried another account and get the same problem.

Anyone else encountered this before (today was the first time I've seen it, was working fine for me probably not more than a month ago)?

    Same thing is happening to me. I transferred a character fine last week - and tried to transfer a new one over today to try something.

    Yup. Same here. Problem just started today. Worked perfectly before.

    Transferring characters from Holodeck to Tribble is now available once again. Thanks for your patience as we resolved the issue!
