"Perfect Common Refugees"

I tend to buy refugees since I don't have enough to cover all of the missions I run. I have a list of all of the asylum missions and have started a list of common refugees that match all of the critical traits. For instance

Andoria- There are three perfect refugees (Then Asnelav, Thylos Asali, and Rysva Byls)
Bajor - No perfect refugees, but 3 that have two of the three traits (Urooyo Dran, Zozo Pwin, Ulija Aals)
Benzar - One (Vinac)
Caitan - four perfect refugees (Jhi'lyd Esreb, K'munt, Nuuv, Rylyh Kals)
Earth - Two perfect refugees (Neva Gertrudis Wahid, and Jeffery Toby Lamar)
Rigel - One, Syulag
Trill - One, Nervu
Tellar Prime - Two, Pudo and Doza
Cardasia - Nine - (Slani Kulok, Telen Ghejal, Damin Otek, Jatel Ordel, Milani Ghosen, Nulani Bell, Surjak Mang, Tulor Tulen, Yalor Kel)
Vulcan - One - T'Raalu
Sauria - Three- Rrannu, Mesde and Daamen

I have not found any for Bajor, Benzar, Betazed, Bolarus IX, Caitan. Can you identify any of the missing refugees?

    Vulcan - T'Pel and Kaass
Bajor - I just use the Tellar ones (I don't think there really is a perfect match out there)
Betazed - Just use the Vulcan ones

Yeah, BEtazed only has one trait, telepathic, vulcans are the only easy to get telepathic refugees

Bajor wants Spiritual doesn't it? don't Andorians sometimes have it?

Iirc, Bajor wants Spiritual, Resolve and Stubborn. I just fire Pudos at them and hope for something Spiritual I can send back in an exchange.

T'Pel and Kaas hit 3 out of the 4 traits for Vulcan. Are there any refugees that hit all 4?

I also found 3 refugess that hit all of the Cardassian traits; Slani Kulok, Telen Ghejal and Damin Otek.

Wouldn't Trill include every Refugee that has Teamwork, since it doesn't really effect success, crit or fail chances if you have more than just that one trait?

Yes, Luchel. i can't remember the name of the female refugee.

there is an andorian male with emotional and aggressive for the caitan asylum.

i think every saurian is a perfect match for the respective assignment, but the problem is getting one.

it doesn't matter whether a refugee has more traits when being slotted for an "one crit trait" assignment (unless one of the additional traits is a failure or disaster trait, which is pretty obvious). although i think that no "one crit trait" assignment has failure or disaster traits.

Yes, I think so. The question is more relevant for other planets with 2, 3 or even 4 traits.

Thank you. I never see those refugees. They must be rare and used quickly when people get them.

    Perfect Vulcan/Tellar Prime/Betazed - T'Raalu(Vulcan) - logical, stubborn, telepathic, ff

    Perfect Tellar Prime - Pudo(Tellarite), Doza(Tellarite), T'Raalu (above-mentioned Vulcan)

Perfect Trill are also perfect Earth - Neva and Jeffrey

A suggestion - if you could update the original post with additional names as they are listed, it would be very helpful. :)

Well, there's two kinds of common refugees. Support refugees and the rest of them. The support refugees have a limited number of races to choose from. I don't think there are any that are Saurian.

Thanks for the updated list - helpful. :)

Another "Perfect" Trill - Purial (Trill) has only teamwork

Appears you are looking for just the crit traits and no others in order to define perfect. However, any DOff with teamwork will be a perfect match - such as the Earth ones. The Vulcans are telepathic, so are a perfect match to the Betazed telepathic, but again, they have additional traits that don't have an effect on the outcome.

That list is a good start, but you forgot the Klingon equivalents. The list is also pretty incomplete.

Oh, and just to add something. Kaass (male Vulcan) is a perfect candidate for Betazed.

Refugees rewarded from Support assignments have perfect traits for that race's Asylum mission

Asylum in Betazed has the worst chances of success and the doffs usually only have two traits, one of them always being telepathic. I wouldn't throw perfectly good Vulcan doffs (Kaas, T'Pel) on that one.

The easy way to tell for me is to look at the race.

Eg: if you're gunning for vulcan asylum, use a vulcan....

One crit trait Asylums are pretty bad, you get horrible chances at good doffs. Granted, if you have white refugees with bad traits, throw them in there. As for Vulcans, there are a lot of Vulcan white refugees with telephatic, logical, and FF (the exceptions are less than the good ones). Throw those into the Vulcan asylum. For Tellar prime, throw any FF and stubborn since aggressive isn't a bad trait there. For the Andoria asylum, I think there are only 3 good white doffs, one not being from the chain. As far as I can remember Earth only has two. If you get a blue or green refugee from grinding doffs, you're most likely better of selling it for EC than playing the Asylum lottery from it. On the KDF side, each Asylum seems to have at least two great refugees, but since refs are harder to get there, you have to deal with what little is out there. For other Asylums, there is always a good or decent refugee to throw in. Any congenial goes great for Bolians, etc, etc.

in case there are any other peeps using this as a reference, like me, STO wiki has a solid list here: http://sto.gamepedia.com/Specialization:_Refugee/Starfleet

    To help with the process.

It looks like I need to update my list. I think I will do so and break out refugees that match on two traits verus three. I noticed there are some new refugees I need to add to my list. Not sure when they got added. I will also check to see if they dropped some. There are some refugees on my list that I have never seen, so perhaps they are gone.

Not sure when I can do this. It takes a while to create the list and the files are at home, so I can't look at them for a while.

As a further refinement, I may add green and blue perfect refugees. Sometimes they are worth buying. I have enough money to afford them if the price is right.
