First post, and simple question for the Devs. Why do you continue to ignore the KDF side? there are many who play and love it, and many who would play it if it was finished, you made many promises to the KDF players, and broke them all. You continue to give Fed more and more but blank your b*****d son, the KDF, why? Now your addng a third faction it seems, leaving the KDF players deeply hurt, and in fact costing you players and thus money. Please, finish the KDF side, give them more UNQUIE ships, even C-Store ones, more outfits, in short do even just half of the things you said you would.
Because the release of these Andorian ships finally gave them a way to send a BoP to the other side. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find it comes with an innate cloaking device.

Andorians do not have cloaking devices. They never have. They won't do something stupid like that.

You do realize who we're talking about here. Stupid has risen to an art form.

And you do realize that the Andorian ship was coming long before the FM situation happened, right?
Believe it or not, there IS such a thing as a coincidence. And until we learn otherwise, we will treat it as such, and NOT jump to conclusions. That's how half the misunderstandings start, and we have enough as is

Was it coming before the Tholian Red Alert Daily? Or the Boff slot issue? Shall I keep naming problems for which we're still waiting a resolution? All of this is cumulative. But we're expected to keep spending money on shoddy work.

Shoddy is hardly the word: average or medicore is more like it. And there's nothing wrong with playing a game like that
Besides, expecting everything to be fixed as soon as possible or in your preferred sense of time/priority, including issues from years ago, sounds a lot like expecting too much to me. We do have to deal with reality after all

The reality of a company with a low opinion of their customers. When you set the bar low, that's all you'll receive.

Which comes into conflict with customers who have too high expectations, or expect things to change right away to fit what they prefer.
Either way, I think all issues automatically being the company's fault is not acceptable. And I simply prefer to agree to disagree on this whole issue, as we'll just go in circles arguing
