Is there a way to unlock a DS9 Transwarp location?

    Once you finish the last tier for diplomacy, you unlock the DS9 transwarp.

    There is a 'poor man's' solution. As soon as you unlock the Cardassian/Second Wave episode missions. You can load them for replay and use transwarp to get at your mission destiny. It will cost you about 18,000 EC.
