This BOFF ability build ok for Excelsior Retrofit?

I'm going beam weapons.

Aim is support and survivability in STFs with some decent dps in the mix

TacLtC: TT1, FAW2, APO2
EngCmd: EPtS1, EPtW2, ES2, AtSIF3
EngLtC: EPtS1, ET2, RSP2
EngE: EPtW
SciLt: TSS1, HE2

    Swapping EPtW1 and ET2 would be a good idea for extra damage, the difference from ET I believe is minimal but otherwise it all checks out :)

    I would discard ET altogether. It is superseded by Aux2SIF3, and interferes with the important Tac Team.
