This BOFF ability build ok for Excelsior Retrofit?

I'm going beam weapons.

Aim is support and survivability in STFs with some decent dps in the mix

TacLtC: TT1, FAW2, APO2
EngCmd: EPtS1, EPtW2, ES2, AtSIF3
EngLtC: EPtS1, ET2, RSP2
EngE: EPtW
SciLt: TSS1, HE2

    Need more info. Need DOffs, Weapon and Console Layout, Engines, Shields, Deflector, devices, and so on and so forth.

    But from what I can see, your BOff layout is fine for Tac (even though I'd like to know how you got a LtCmdr level APO2), and Science, but your Engi layout is a little... interesting.

    I've been told and seen that the Excel excels at (hehehehehe) Aux2Bat builds so you might want to consider that. But barring that particular path, I would actually recommend a slight change-up on your lower tier abilities. Depending on career (which you also should tell us), you might want to consider something with a little more bite than EPtX1.

    But first, give more info.
    It is said the best weapon is one that is never fired. I disagree. The best weapon is one you only have to fire... once. B)
