...Shuttles
Hola Dev type persons!
I feel that shuttles/fighters aren't getting enough love. I love flying my shuttles and was wondering if there were any more shuttle missions planned for the future. I love the Vault Shuttle Event, but a half hour cool down sucks after waiting that time or longer to actually play the content and more often than not, not even getting rewards for your time because sometimes people don't pay attention to objectives. But that's neither here nor there and not what I'm focusing on (I still queue up for it regardless). Hell, you could even make a reputation system out of it if you want and call it Red Squad (or something) having the rewards of that system focus solely on small craft play. PVP with fighters!
OH! and while were at it, because I hear so many people talk about fleet weapons, is there a possibility for Fleet shuttle weapons? I'd totally invest in those!
So yeah...that's my question. I'd even be happy happy with a "yes, it's in the works" or a "no, we haven't thought of it" answer. no details needed
Thanks for your time!

Dont listen to anyone who tells you to use regular weapons on a shuttle, the 360 arc on all shuttle weapons is worth it.

true, but I was thinking specifically of the 360 degree versions that are currently out there. Nothing big, nothing extravagant, just a boost along the lines of what they did with fleet weapons.
I just re-visited that mission a week or so ago and outfitted my type 10 shuttle with two of them. The name totally escapes me though. I've tried starship weapons on my shuttles but they have really never thrilled me. After lots of experimentation, my main build choice for weapons are the 360 versions x2 with a BOff that does Fire at Will and a good tac console supporting it, works great. The only starship weapon I use is that experimental plasma array from the rep system. That, coupled with the 360 degree standard shuttle array works pretty awesome on my delta flyer.
