Fleet consoles

MK12 purple or better consoles should be made available from a fleet starbase vendor! why they are not I don't know, they have all the other component's just not consoles i thing they should and not have the randomness of the DOFF system

    removed after I read the title.
    It is said the best weapon is one that is never fired. I disagree. The best weapon is one you only have to fire... once. B)
