Spotlight Mission bugs due to season updates...

Is this the correct place to post Spotlight Mission bugs? I was stuck on "Checks and Balances" because I could not hail the planet. The author said that he can no longer update the mission. With season updates sometimes breaking Foundry missions, how will that be resolved for Spotlight missions that cannot be updated by the author?

    You have to fly to the top of the moon. The problem with that mission is that it tells you to fly to the planet, but the moon is the location.
