Rep System Sets

My apologies if this has been mentioned before, but I could not find it. I am wondering if there is a way to see the detailed information on the Space/Ground sets before unlocking them. The tool-tip gives the basics, but I would like to see the specifics such as the details on the set bonuses. Is this posted somewhere in the game or elsewhere? Having difficulty finding out the details on the Adapter MACO set and the difference between the Romulan and Remen Sets. Thanks for your help.

    If you don't want to wait till you are Tier 5 and have the set, then the only option is here.
