Ok guys

Here is a simple question, Which one of those Federation Type 2 Phaser is the best and why ?

Federation Type 2 Phaser (C-Store USS Enterprise Bundle)

or

Federation Type 2 Phaser ("Night of the comet" FE)

    I believe that the C-Store one puts out more damage. But you can get better weapons either way.

    Yeah i know but i want my level 50 to live like he is lost from the 2265 era and end up in 2409 with the equipement from the 23rd century :D

    That's why i ask which one is the best ?

    u have Tribble Test Server buy that there and test it ... if u like it u can buy that on live server :) ... i hope this will help

    Doesn't transferring to tribble require effectively having 2 installs of the game (1 for test, 1 for live)? He might not have the 20+ gb to spare...

    Federation Type 2 Phaser ("Night of the comet" FE) does a tiny bit more damage than the C-store one, like two or three points of damage.

    Then again, most C-store weapons seem to cap out to stats to a rare mk X.

    According to the little info sheet for my character for the phaser's beam setting is-

    C-store Federation Type 2 Phaser - 33.1 phaser damage

    Night of the Comet Federation Type 2 Phaser - 36.8 phaser damage

    ----

    According to the little info sheet for my character for the phaser's stun beam setting is-

    C-store Federation Type 2 Phaser - 11 phaser damage

    Night of the Comet Federation Type 2 Phaser - 12.3 phaser damage

    ---

    It might be a bit different on your file, depending on how you set your skills.

    Hrm ... good question.

    IIRC, the NotC pistol does not scale with the player like the C-Store version, correct?
