Experienced player looking to make a fleet

Hi, I am an experienced sto player who is looking to form his own fleet. I have been in a few fantastic fleets that I absolutely enjoyed and I am looking to take the qualities that they have and improve them with some of my own. I want to offer training for newer players and reward systems to grant things like aegis sets and what not for those who are still working on getting their Maco/omaga sets. I have a whole slew of ideas that I think are just fantastic and that you will probably like too.
