Wanting to rebuild our fleet!!!!

Hello Captains:

I am the Admiral of the Romulan Joint Task Force Fleet. I am currently trying to rebuild our fleet do to the fact that most people left do to Season 7 changes. I had to go away for a little while but I am back know and am wanting to get this up and going again. I am looking for people that are willing to help and take a role in the fleet daily operations.
