Reman Colonial Energy Weapon doff reward

Nigulan for KDF(Support Afehirr Nebula Expansion Efforts), didn't he had cannons special attack reduce chance ? Now it seems mine changed to target subsystem reduce chance after last " stability" patch.

    Support doffs were added before the cannon EW officer power was, so I think he was probably always like that...

    Yeah I had the same with the FED Reman purple DOFF.

    The explanation of those DOFF's are wrong on STOWIKI. Or they aren't up to date. Was pretty disappointed because I hoped he had the cannon skill....

    The DOff was unchanged. He was put in the game before the cannon/beam CD reduction were available as alternate abilities for Energy Weapon Officers; he has always had the subsystem targeting reduction as his ability.
