Romulan and Reman Shield Sets

Does anyone actually know what the difference is between these two shields baring the slight differences in capacity and regeneration?

I know that they both change the ship appearance as well so if anyone had any pictures of the two shields they would be willing to share that would be awesome too!

    This thread has the Romulan set images in it.
    The Reman one is so much more pretty.
