Romulan Rep Tier 3 mission.

I just did the Web Access mission in the Paehhos Caves and completed the other mission needed to enter the caves, but apparently the turning for Web Access is also in the caves. Why doesnt Web Access allow us entrance into the caves?

If I remember correctly, it does seem a little backwards. :P

Having completed a tier in the rep. system, we get a mission. We take the transporter to the correct area, and speak to the civillian next to the transporter to get diffrent mission we need to do. We then do this mission, and at the end trigger a cut scene to watch. And it's triggering the cut scene and handing it in that completes the orignal mission. And that's pretty much what happens for T2 and T3.

I'm afraid you're probably going to have to redo the mission and make sure everything is completed before you leave.

A tip for the Tier 4 mission; Don't do it until you have completed Tier 5. The Tier 5 is just to watch the cut scene at the end of the Tier 4 mission. If you don't wait, you'll just have to redo the Tier 4 to get to it. And it's worth doing / watching the Tier 5 cut scene.
