HoT Device?

Is there any Healing over Time device in this game?

Something similar to the hypo...but HoT instead of instant?

    Short answer: No.

    Longer answer: No, but there are a few abilities that have a HoT effect, like a Rigelians Spirit Walk or that Maco-Armor shield HoT (or whereever it was from again). A few kit abilities aswell.

    #Correction:
    I believe there a Tribbles that give you a super minor health regeneration buff.
    That's basicly a HoT device.

    I recall that fleet armor with the Health Regeneration modifier does have HoT - at least, when I use it, I recover from attacks more quickly that with my old polyweave.
