Emergency Holograms

Are Emergency Holograms unable to be used in assignments for officer exchanges\executions? Should I just delete my green ones?

Come to think of it, Holograms shouldn't take a space on the duty roster as they take no physical space on the ship.

    Last time i checked, they were unable to be exchanged, but you could execute them quite well.
