What is the health regeneration rate per tick?

Is it 5% or 10% of your total health per tick?

    The health regeneration increases are aren't percentages of your health. They are additions to your healing rate. Outside of combat, you healing rate is 200% (per minute I believe). The rate in combat is 100%. So a +10% Healing regenerate would give you 210%/110% respectively. With all other health regen bonuses being additive.
