Facility 4028 stuck on secure section

Got this twice - both on lethal and non-lethal methods. Get stuck on "secure section 01 or 02" and I can't go on until it is secure, but there is nobody there. Any quick fixes to clear that out? Don't want to do it again and again.

The sections also include the stairways after the large rooms. Also be sure no-one ran into a cell.

i played this yesterday along with of bajor and 2800 return worked fine for me on non lethal be sure you didnt miss anyone they tend to run toward you and get whacked half a mile behind you by our founder friend. you'll know when its secure as you get so far meet a shield blocking your path run toward it and it'll go down then say section is secure one section you have to run around up stairs along walk way then down then up some more. if your still having trouble try getting someone to go with you and play the mission together friend list fleet member or zone you'll see sometimes people asking for help with missions and people offering help as well:)

Yeah, that large room with the stairs and catwalks can be confusing. You need to come in, clear out the guys in front of you. Then go up the stairs to the upper catwalk, down the length of it to the other side of the room, and back down the stairs. Here will be another group of guys you need to clear, and the door to the next section. It's the same way you came in, though I'd understand if you didn't quite recall how you got there. That room just looks the same all over and can be a pain to get reoriented if you lost your bearing.

I did the ones with non lethal a few times. So I had to tag each one. Got that more than once, but found one stuck under a stair still needs to be killed. Or one laying down to where it was easily skipped.

Also, make sure you've actually killed everything. Those damn Jem'hadar have stayed hidden more than once.
