Torpedo High Yield II & III BOFF skills

I am looking through the exchange trying to find BOFFs with the High yield II & III skills. I cannot find any. Can someone tell me how I can find these please?

    High Yield 2 shouldn't be hard to find. Try the Boff seller in ESD/First City as well.

    High Yield 3 must be taught by a tactical captain with 9 points in projectile weapons skill.

    HOw can I trade a BOFF that I am using to get a tac player to train him?

    You must trade it directly with the player. The BO may not be equipped with anything and the other player needs a free BO-Slot.

    From mission Facility 4028 you can get Jem'Hadar boff with THY2.
