Open/Attach Quarks bar to the rest of DS9

3 years on, and with the success of the largest Zone (New Romulas), is the game now capable of opening up Quarks bar to the rest of DS9?

Quarks should be the social hub in DS9 and opening it up will allow traffic to flow in and out freely, instead the annoying Zoning. Place a Mail and exchange console outside the door, and ... add darts and other minigames please.

Might be lag problems with having Quarks as part of DS9. Only reason I can think of why they would separate them.

Don't forget to add this in game as well, and anytime people use the bloodwine emote near Quarks the song plays
