Is there any Armor that gives more Health Regeneration than the Jem'Hadar Armor?

    The biggest health regen you're going to pickup that I'm aware of is from the elite fleet armor with both it's health regen and innate nanite health monitor, it's not cheap at 24k fleet credit and 5000 dilitium but it'll keep you intact if that's your goal (note I do not like this armor for tactical officers)

    Damn...this game hates people that are not in fleets.

    That is great armor that I will never get for not being in one.

    Many fleets will allow people to buy things from their stores for sufficient donations, message me @emperordeslok if you'd be interested in that.

    I'm in the process of equipping my toon and all 14 BOffs with Fleet Energy Dampening Armor, with the Health Regen modifier - it's been a real lifesaver in many FE replays.

    I have the Adapted Maco Mk XII armor on a tactical character and it provides health regeneration and with a 2 set piece you have a ability that helps heal your health.

    Their are also some other armors that provide health regeneration and you can get them on story missions.
