Are Ferengi lockboxes available in-game anywhere?

I thought I'd scooped a few up from an Episode recently, but I can't remember which it was. (Yes, I'm still hoping for a D'Kora to go with my Ferengi character!)

lol, I was gonna go "I have some available, for the right price" but someone beat me to it.

Check exchange. people actually sell them now.
