Ships unlock for alts?

When I buy a ship for Zen points, does it unlock for only that character I bought it with, or all my alts?

    C-Store ships are account wide unlocks. Your Alts will have access to them once they meet the level requirements for the ship.

    Lock Box ships, Lobi Store Ships, and Fleet ships are character unlocks only...
