Winter Event: The KDF Assignment "Test Effectiveness of Adaptive Outerwear Designed for Gorn" now has proper Success/Crit/Fail modifiers.
Am I the only one that finds the fact that the event is almost over and they just now fixed this amusing? Not mad or anything (no reason to be) but did they not have almost a month and a half to fix it? Did they just now find it or something?
Besides retail and travel, is there any part of the economy that is productive in December?

Probably. unless people report it, its hard to find stuff that is broken when you dont know to look for it, and its pretty hard to tell if a doff mission is bugged unless someone really pays attention and then reports it after seeing an issue.
it might end up being a waste this time for this event, but at least its fixed for next time.
That's the spirit. Tis the season forgiveness (of game bugs) and thanksgiving (money for Zen) after all.
Better late than never. Let's not put them in the pillory for something like this, in hopes it will encourage them to fix more bugs, even if late.
In the meantime, let us visit the Transporter Chief in Qo'nos and shorten his life a little. IF... you can beam in there.

This. I have done the Gorn outwear multiple times, and it never occured to me that there was suppose to be any specific way to get crits/success/failure.
there are plenty of doff assignments that don't list a crit/success trait by design, so the fact that the Gorn outwear one didn't wasn't something I thought of as a bug, until the patch notes came and I was like "Oh cool. that will make criticaling it easier."
