Customising ship etc question

I have been wondering for the past few weeks since I started to play the game if u can properly customize your ship interior and more importantly the uniform of the crew inside it (not BOFFs, but the random crewmembers who wander around when u visit your ship interior). As if I want all me and my senior staff in TNG uniforms for example and I got to another deck im surrounded by random uniforms everywhere and I find that pretty annoying lol

So far all I have seen for internal ship customization besides the large/medium/small interior and bridge layout options in the customize ship menu is the DS9 in Cstore pack which implies that you can get the defiant ship interiors but im not 100% if that's what it means, if it is then great as that's my fav ship, but is there a way to change your engineering deck and mess hall etc, as if you have a small ship its kinda ridiculous when u walk into the mess hall of your saber or defiant and its like a galaxy class mess.

Any answers would be appreciated :)

You don't have any control over the generic NPCs on ship interiors, or layout or anything else much.

The DS9 and TOS packs include Defiant and TOS Enterprise bridge and interior sets. They're smaller than standard setups, but with more attention to detail and more accurate to their shows. The closest thing to control you have over generic NPC uniforms is that the ones in the TOS interior have TOS uniforms.

Ah , ok thanks, so TOS interior pack changes the npc crew into TOS uniforms ? does the same happen in the DS9 pack ?

For some reason, no, they neglected that part, unless it's been updated since season 6 or so, I haven't checked lately.
