Rerouted to another assigment?

So, i finished an "Emergency supplies to colonies on Rolor Nebula" Assigment, an then the outcome was "Success ( 2 Rerouted to Reppel Raid on Resupply Run to Rolor Nebula)".
I didn't started the "Reppel Raid on Resupply Run to Rolor Nebula", yet it's on my list of the curret assigments in progress.
So, did the system took my 2 doffs and put them on a new assigment automatically?
why?
Is the first time i have ever seen this happening :confused:

    It only happens on a few specific misisons.
