Looking for Volunteers

Greetings Ladies and Gents,

Looking for 3 players willing to help start a fleet with a couple of casual players.
There are no requirements, we're just wanting to start one.

What are the benefits?

1. No more annoying fleet invitations everywhere you go.
2. Casual fleet, your resources, your business. As of right now, me and my friend (the to be co-founder) are focused on boosting our Federation counterparts, our resources will be going there. Klingon faction characters for us are for fun, if your the same way, great. Projects will be limited, spend how you want, this is just a base to call home.
3. Activity: Honestly, as long as your there when we start the fleet your good.

    The need for volunteers has come to an end. M'13 has created last night successfully with the help of some charitable players.

    Out of curiosity, why have you chosen to start a new fleet when so many casual/no-pressure fleets already exist?
