Ok I got a theory that it will of course be an escort seeing how we have a science vessel and a cruiser.
It will be the Andorian vessel, AKA the Kumari escort.
Q: (cousteau1701e) Anything you can say about the upcoming Andorian ship?
Dstahl: It is an escort, has massive guns, is a new model based on an older design, it has a custom bridge, and is not coming out in January as I had originally thought. It will be in the first half of 2013, though.
What are your thoughts?

I'm more interested in the next lockbox ship from the Dominion - which would be available to all factions.
