D'kora eng ship setup for stf

Hi All,

After some months I decided to upgrade my d'kora with the new borg stuffs.
May i ask some advice for it? I like to use the ship for borg stfs, no pvp, no other things.

I have the advanced maco pack, but no cutting beam, and the new related items. By the way, are they useful?
Also I have borg weapons in mk xii disruptorDHCs, dual disruptor beam banks, turrets, quantum torpedoes, quantum mines. My toon is eng. I prefer to be a tank.
I have several purple doffs too.
