Warp plasma and plasma graphics

During my game play i have notices that the warp plasma, theta radiation, and plasma burn graphics cause sever lag. This has negatively affected pvp as many people are now jut spamming those powers and lags others computers out to win. i think that that graphics for those powers should be tuned down so as not to be a problem.
