Diplomacy BOff

I already have the white Ambassador rank exchange BOff but how do I get the purple one?

The BOff was made purple well after I got the white version and didn't upgrade automatically.

Help please.

    Do you mean Diplomat Doff? Because those, you just buy/earn over time.

    Need to go to the Ambassador that is beside Admiral Quinn to get the Bridge Officer. If you got the white diplomacy bridge officer, then you can get an additional purple one so there is no upgrading.

    I've talked to him, the option to claim one isn't there.

    Make sure you're talking to him in person, and just not over subspace.

    Could try the bridge officer store to get it. That is by the bridge officer trainer. Its been months since I last tried to claim a diplomacy boff and the Ambassador was the way to get the white version.
