Keep Getting a Fatal Error since new patch on Tribble

I'm wondering if im the only one getting this and if there is anything i can do to fix it. the Error message says.

Fatal Error:Error Decompressing data. Verifying Files in the launcher may fix this issue.: (It isn't doing this automatically and i don't know how to make it verify itself.)

Technical Details: Texture_Library/Fx/Core/Checker64.Wtex

I'm able to play the game fine on Holo deck so I suspect either a bad patch on my end or something conflicting in the new patch.

Is there any way to re patch or find the new patch and delete it so the launcher detects this and simply reloads the new patch? I would hate to have to reload the nearly 8 gigs of STO just to get back onto tribble

can anyone help me with this? is there a particular file i can delete to cause the launcher to do a repatch or what? Still can't play tribble do to this.

So I decided to delete the entire copy of the Playtest Version of STO that tribble uses so the launcher would detect it missing and reinstall. This was a success but now the launcher keeps crashing 5 to 10 seconds into the process of downloading. Cryptic error reports have been generated and sent, I don't know what the issue is now buts its aggravating. The only good news in this is I can still play on Live.

Hopefully this issue stays isolated to tribble. If it crosses over to live I'm in trouble.
