This request is very similar to another I saw a little while ago:
I'm working on a mission that involves a court martial. For this court martial, I need a panel of judges, preferably all admirals, a support crew (preferably all commanders) and an audience (preferably captains and admirals). I've been working for at least four hours and I'm dead out of creativity for new characters, would you mind lending a hand?
If you have a commander/captain/admiral character that you would be willing to share with me, please send me a screenshot of all of his/her sliders and, if you would like, a bit of background, character and/or personality info. If I end up including your character and he/she gets a speaking role, I'd like to have him/her live up to the proper personality.
I'll be sure to message you back if I'm interested in your character.
Thanks!
Live long and prosper.
PS: It doesn't matter what rank your character is, really, I'm just dead out of ideas for characters, so I'll incorporate yours if I can.
Not much background, except He's not human (species unknown), fought in the Dominion Wars, in defence of Romulus, and objected to the current Starfleet policy of ignoring the Udine threat.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

'...I can tell you that we're not in the military and that we intend no harm to the whales.' Kirk: The Voyage Home
'Starfleet is not a military organisation. Its purpose is exploration.' Picard: Peak Performance
'This is clearly a military operation. Is that what we are now? Because I thought we were explorers!' Scotty: Into Darkness
'...The Federation. Starfleet. We're not a military agency.' Scotty: Beyond
'I'm not a soldier anymore. I'm an engineer.' Miles O'Brien: Empok Nor
'...Starfleet could use you... It's a peacekeeping and humanitarian armada...' Admiral Pike: Star Trek
In 2293 the USS Monroe (excelsior) was investigating a temporal distortion near Andoria. All communication with the Monroe was lost, and the ship was never found. Recentley a temporal distortion had re-opened near Andoria, and the USS Monroe had emerged. After a long debrief at ESD, and ship upgrades (excelsior retrofit) the Monroe was returned to active duty. With its first encounters fighting the borg, the Monroe and her crew were nearly assimilated. Having thwarted the borg offensive Jack Holt saved his ship and most of the crew. A few of his officers had been assimilated. Starfleet doctors were able to liberate the assimilated officers, which have returned to duty on the Monroe. During patrols in Cardassian space, Jack had also saved a Jem'Hadar warrior who has also joined his crew.
I find when creating a large number of characters to make 1/2 Human and 1/3 Female, that way it gives a sense of balance to the personnel.
Also Keep the majority of the Uniforms the same, the word is short for 'Uniformity' after all and the best tip, just set bulks of characters on NPC Groups (random), most places in the game seem to have a twin or triplet problem anyway
Finally just hit the Random button or copy characters already in the game but with slightly differant hair colour and nose size!
Oh if you wanna cheat, make one of them a set of Binars!
