seen a few doing a million damage in pvp.any suggestions, or ideas on this ship, i think would go over well here.

    Well, do you have one? What sort of captain are you?
    What is your intended build? Boff layout.

    If you need build advice take a look at the sto academy there are a few saved builds from other players.

    The mobius seems like a good ship when geared correctly. If you do get one, I recommend using the following items on it:

    -Borg Assimilated Set
    -Temporal Warfare Set
    -Cutting Beam + Borg Assimilated Universal Module
    -Antiproton DHC's with AP-Mag Regulator consoles to boost Chroniton Beam damage
    -Zero Point Energy Conduit
    -Rule 62 Multipurpose Combat Console
