Enterprise -D Trivia/Question

Alright so here's the backstory:

I decided to purchase the AMT Round 2 Enterprise D model kit being it's the anniversary and all, and for anyone familiar with the original release of the model this time the design defects were/are corrected. For anyone not familiar with the original model, they were designed so that the saucer could separate from Stardrive/Battle Hull/ Secondary hull/Whatever the actual name is supposed to be, However the neck of the model was too fragile to hold the weight of the saucer and would often times break. Anyone familiar with model kits knows waterslide decals are the enemy...more like hell invoked in a tiny piece of very easily torn frustration, so time to go all out painting.

Now that the back story is covered here's the question:

How many windows are on the Enterprise D?

    Lots.

The molding wasn't accurized at all. It' the same kit maybe with a hole where the stand goes and that's it.

For one, the impulse engine on the neck is in the wrong position. It shouldn't be where the neck meets the hull, it should be higher up. They have the grooves along the saucer edge on one side (top or bottom, I forget) but not the other side like the "real" ship does.

If you glue the neck to the hull correctly, it won't fall.

There's the issue of the saucer to neck fit. Still doesn't quite work.

Yeah worst part is that they did the entire model out of the clear which is more brittle than the normal grey/white plastic they normally use. I actually cut out both holes in the bottom of the ship for the stand and plan on using both of the stands so that I don't have to glue the saucer on and hopefully it'll distribute the weight enough the neck won't break on this one.

I haven't actually counted but taking the entire model into consideration I'm guessing there's about 150-200 windows on the model. Good thing I'm going for the more realistic approach and not painting everyone so it looks like some are dark and some are lit. lol

    he changes species just once

Livingston was portrayed by a red lionfish (Pterois volitans) in nearly every appearance. Only in "Devil's Due" did the fish change species and appear as a radial firefish (Pterois radiata).
