Have had an IDIC tribble ticket in for a year!

I was around when the IDIC tribble was available from the vendor in ESD and, I should have been able to receive it.

My wife was able on her account and I have a lifetime. We both logged in when we were supposed to.

I put in a ticket and was told that it would need to be fixed behind the scenes so I waited figuring it would happen in a patch or a GM would fix it.

Anyways, I still can't claim it to this day but, now I can't get any of my tickets to even be answered with that stupid canned answer system they have in this game.

I mean seriously, what gives? Why can't I get this fixed? Why is it taking such a long time? Why do you still use this horrible ticketing system?

    A year? Wow. That's a really long time to have an outstanding ticket.
