Can anyone confirm the threat scaling consoles?

How does the plasma proc work if you're already using plasma weapons?

I saw something that said it adds damage, but how much, and is it just to the current proc or to the plasma weapons main damage as well?

    It only adds the proc to non-plasma weapons.

    That's what the description says.

    Description may only say +Proc, but devs have come out and confirmed that if plasma, then adds damage to the procs.

    Dont ask how much though. Lol.

    The amount of damage increase is displayed in the console description. 8.4% for a Mk10 console, 9% for Mk11 and 9.8 for Mk12. Essentially a low-rank tactical console.

    This is purposely done by the devs so that you have no idea if it works or not. Their answer will be that it does, but that the text is wrong. At every level from space to ground this happenes.
