The Odyssey from the C-Store is already fleet level, FYI. The Odyssey straight out of the box has the same amount of console slots as fleet level ships of its tier.
Obsolete T5 ship, where you will need alot of quality gear to make it compete with T6. Simply move on to T6 ships, and forget all lower tiers as trash it is. Blame Cryptic for making T5 ships suck, after the way they built T6 ones.
