Holiday Trinkets not on the Exchange

I understood that the holiday trinkets were going to be trade-able, but I can't find any listed on the exchange. Are they allowed to be sold on the exchange?

    You can, but due to the rarity nobody is doing so at the moment. And any that do, dissapear very quickly
    warp plasma can't melt neutronium beams

    I check a lot. I thought I would have at least found 1 of the a dozen different types by now.
