Missing Bridge Officer Powers

Where did the Bo power buttons go? I tried using the "p" ket but nothing there, and the abilty to see them is gone. please help!

    1) Press "U" to pull up the character status screen.
    2) Choose the tab on the left for your ship, then select the tab at the top that says "stations".
    3) One-by-one, click on and change each Bridge Officer slot from its current assignment to "None", and then back to the Bridge Officer that was originally there.
    4) This will repopulate your powers in your space weapons tray.
