Rep Gear/Unlock timer reduction

From the 12/6 Release Notes:
Reputation System updated:

Removed all Reputation XP gains from Direct Gear projects, Store Unlock projects, Costume Unlock projects and Consumable projects.
Reduced duration timers on all of the above types of projects from 40 hours to 2 minutes.

Good tea. Nice change.
I'll sell you some weapons from New Romulus. Never fired, only dropped once.

    You are experiencing a mild form of shock. Please remain calm, and resist the urge to enjoy anything. I recommend a vigorous round of ice skating, ice racing, and snowman bashing immediately. *Looks at the clock* Ok, not immediately, in a few hours.

    Agreed. Solid move. The rep was minor.

    Now, the one additional thing I'd like to see, maybe, is allowing people to run rep projects over the cap and convert excess rep into fleet marks or flat out just run the rep projects for fleet marks, similar to how DOffing past the CXP cap works.

    What I'd like to see is reduce the insane amount of dilithium needed to unlock the stores, and then purchase the items.

    A move in the right direction. It seems they do want to implement good game design, but are only willing to get there over a span of weeks and months. That's fine, I can wait.
    Leave nerfing to the professionals.

    Didn't they already do that? I seem to remember looking at my rep projects and noticing the store unlocks were dil free.

    Because people moaned about it, and they changed it.
