A while back I said I was done squealing about the sky falling before things get released and I don't have enough information. But I'm done being done because it's easier to get worked up about the things I don't know about than the things I do and I'm tired of talking about trics.
So quickly my friends, we only have 24 hours until the specs are posted, let's go crazy with rampant wild eyed frothing speculation about how this will end PvP forever!
I bet it has a sub nuc console and it spawns Plesh Brek (maor liek Pwn Brek, amirite?) frigates that use Energy Siphon III and sub nuc! Now a Tac can sub nuc!
It probably has a cryo cannon since nobody has cold resists in space. This is going to end PvP!
Unique Console: Ice Lance
8,412 cold damage (bypasses shields)
2.5% chance to proc glass cutters on Vulcan female bridge officers wearing open shirts
2.5% chance to proc tongue stuck to conn on Acting Ensigns
This effect cannot be resisted
Unique Console: Energy Dissipator
Cone AoE, 90 degrees
-400% energy drain resist
2.5% chance to proc loss of will to queue against player characters
This effect cannot be resisted.
2 piece bonus:
When firing the Unique Console: Ice Lance and Unique Console: Energy Dissipator simultaneously it produces a Lancipator Wave in addition to the effects of each piece.
Lancipator Wave
Removes all currently applied buffs
Placates target for 30 seconds (not broken by damage)
This effect cannot be resisted
The sky has fallen folks, no you cannot has my stuff, this is awful, I'm sure the worst design ever I hate it it's brokenly OP why do they hate PvP don't they love us enough not to stick hot pokers in our eyes or really probably really really cold pokers cause it's a Breen ship after all and once a coordinated premade starts using this it will empty the queues...
There, that's out of the way. Now let's theorize what kind of build we're going to run based on what boff layout we imagine it will have.
Clearly I'm going to need to run Emergency Power to the Coffee Maker and grind for some long underwear with cold resists just so my butt doesn't stick to the captain's chair.
