U.S.S. Enterprise Officially Inactivated

Just thought that everyone would like to know that the U.S. Navy's (and the world's) first nuclear powered aircraft carrier, the USS Enterprise was officially inactivated today after 51 years of service.

The good news is that the newest planned aircraft carrier the CVN-80 Ford-class will carry on the name Enterprise.
