why the hell was this done? now it has a 45 second cooldown, 30 second global, with its usual 15 second duration. beta is still 30/15/15
but beta sucks, thanks to TT up time that ships have 2 ways to put on global with just 1 copy of.
this completely ruins my escort build synergy, delta was a great for using between 2 APO, now it would just interfere to much with cooldowns to be of any use. this is now a heal cruiser LT tac power only
so why the escort nerf?
