You know its going to be a bad STF when...

I wanted to start a new forum game. When you spot something right off from the beginning of a STF that throws up a red flag, post it up here when you see it.

I'll get the ball rolling:

You know its going to be a bad STF when someone joins flying the USS Enterprice, Voyageer, or Defiannt (or any iteration there of).

    You know its going to be a bad Infected space when the guy in the MVA with 4 different beam weapons goes to the right and the rest of the team goes to the left...

    You know you have problems when the ballad of Serenity comes over voice chat

    You know you have REAL problems when the response to "Hello all" is "Maintain comms silence and follow my orders"

    And you know its not worth bothering at all if you arrive to find everyone else is called "Elton"

    You know it's going to be a bad thread, when it belongs in 10 forward, and not general discussion.:D
    You know its going to be a bad STF when everyone has voice chat on, and unstead of talking it sounds like four dudes making an obscene phonecall.

    you know its going to be a bad STF when the first cube and 2 spheres take about 5 minutes to destroy

    you know its going to be a bad STF when you hear the sound of TOS phasers. especially on ground stfs.

    you know its going to be a bad STF when one guy goes straight for the fransformers (yeah the big thing not one of the 4 small)

    You know it's going to be a bad STF when three ships are guarding Kang, and failing.
    When three ships guard the Transwarp gate in Khitomer, and fail.

    You know its going to be a bad STF (infected ground) if your team uses melee

    You know it's going to be a bad STF when some control freak starts barking out orders like they are the king of the world, or PM you incessantly for a week after because you didn't use the same ship/weapons as they did (which is why I refuse to do stf's anymore).

    You know its going to be a bad STF when someone says "zomg I'm flying a stock ship and I have no consoles."

    I was that person when I got my Steamroller for the first time...

    And then you know that the STF is really really bad when you, in that stock ship, outdps the 4 other rainbow whaleboats and timeships...

    You know its ging to be a bad STF when your team consists of 5 tac's and your the only one in an escort.

    You know it's going to be a bad STF.... when you're flying a Rainbow Whaleboat and the other guys make you look like you're using an UBER build....

    you know it is going to be a bad STF when the guy who says "10% rule" is the guy who INSTEAD of attacking the cube protecting the generators, attacks the generators.
    Time to warp.
    Should I start posting again after all this time?

    When you see 4 tactical captains in oddesy starships in space stfs..

    when you see 4 federation redshirts charging into IGE

    when you see stacks of injuries

    when you try establish communication and get nothing

    when someone dies and spams hilfe/aidez-mois, (nothing against french/germany player, but i've noticed an arch-type of them that are fairly bad :|)

    when you see and escort with beams (normally..)

    when someone carries many tractor repulsors and does not know how to use them correctly

    when people charge forwards starting optional timers before the team is near/have left the loading screen

    When someone enters the 'shield room' in KAGE and starts aimlessly dropping shields while the room is full of borg

    When tactical captains call security in IGE/CGE boss rooms.. chain fodder yummers..

    When someone rage quits.

    When someone's voice chat sounds like a petulant teenager who is amazed at their 'skills' killing a group of plain drones on infected ground.. normal (nothing against younger people, and to be fair.. only happened once :D)

    You know its a bad STF when 4 people take 5 minutes to kill 4 borg bird of prey's in the beginning.

    You know its a bad STF when someone starts trolling in the middle of an STF match.

    You know its a bad STF when a dum noob has 90% of the population on his/her Ignore list.

    You know its a bad STF when your respawn timer hits 100 seconds in the 3rd death..

    need i say more...

    Sometimes that is the only way for us to get through the STF ;p

    I've control-freaked it a few times, normally helping the team win, by giving clear instructions and tips on how to do the job right ^^

    had a few responses, some people have told me I made a good "commander" XD, others have ragequitted because I 'talk too much' literally that..

    You know its gonna be a bad STF when.....
    -In Khitomer someone says "hello 10%?"
    -In Infected someone says "where's the Kang?"
    -In Cure when someone says "Where's the Vortex? all i see is a bird of prey"
    I'm sure we've all encountered this!

    You know it's going to be a bad STF when you head into any Elite and see the words
    "OK, so I've never done this before"

    You know it's going to be a bad STF when someone heroicly charges past the ground timer starting points and then starts running backwards.

    You know it's going to be a bad STF when all four of your "team" mates park next to the Kang and refuse to move.

    You know it's going to be a bad STF when someone with a fake Spock name joins your team, and pushes probes into the vortex on purpose.

    You know it's going to be a bad STF when two people are arguing over what to do.

    In Infected I know its going to be a bad esperence when we engage the first cube abd 2 spheres and i see my team is respawning after the cube is down ( explosion )

    Or when we go left..........and i look over and 2 went right.........

    iyou know its a bad stf when you play khitomer and your team all go to one side
    then complain about no one watching the probes

    I'd say that's a good STF, all you have to do is guard the vortex yourself.

    But you know it's a bad STF when you're playing Khitomer and your teammates scatter in all directions, summon multiple cubes at once then get killed by them, leaving you defending the vortex while cubes come at you from all sides.

    Yeah, but it can be funny as well.
    Had one of the control freaks ask if everyone knew what they were doing on Cure Ground, I thought the full Honour Guard armour rendered the question moot but freak-boy insists on an answer or he's not going to move an inch, so I answered "Of course I know what I'm doing, I'll get the shield room."
    You wouldn't believe the bad language, well OK you might.

    You know it's going to be a bad stf when you see 4 other characters with the title "moist", 4 sniper rifles or miniguns and turret kits. :D

    You also know it's going to be a horrible stf when you see 4 tacs and also 4 cruisers in your team. Most of the time they get wiped out by the couple of spheres at the begining of ise!

    You know it's going to be a bad STF when:

    the timer has already started before you enter the game

    someone asks if anyone else has lag

    someone screams out bad information and refuses to listen to anyone else

    (not really at the beginning, but) someone stands in the plasma on IGE at the very end, or jumps in the wrong direction and can't respawn. basically goes swimming.
